Board of Trustees

These people govern the School. Three to five are elected every three years. Up to one less than the elected number may be co-opted and one is elected as a representative of the staff and it is mandatory for the Principal to be a member.
While having an indirect input into the professional life of the School, the main function of the Board is to provide financial management and guidance for the School, establish policy and procedures for the ongoing maintenance of the School, assist in and approve the appointment of staff, approve the local curriculum goals formulated by the staff and develop policies that will ensure good practices are maintained and enhanced.
Milford is fortunate to have a supportive caring Board who work extremely hard to provide assistance that will enhance the children's learning.
