Our annual Outdoor Education Week for Year 5 students will be from Tuesday 13 March to Friday 16 March 2012. We have a variety of activities planned which aim for the children to experience personal challenges, develop co-operative team skills and to have fun.

Activities Venue

Snorkelling, water polo, rock-climbing and team building – Millennium Institute

Gymnastics - North Harbour Gymnastics Centre

Skiing / Snowboarding - Snowplanet

Nature conservation - Motuihe Island

Volvo Race Round the world - TBC

COST

The Activity Fee does not cover the cost of our Outdoor Education Week. The cost for the week is approximated at $110. 00 which includes transport to and from each venue as well as entry to each activity.

PARENT HELP

We will need 5 parent helpers from each class for each of the days. Please complete the tear off slip below and return to your child’s teacher if you are able to assist.
