Cluster Athletics

Pupuke Cluster Athletics are held each year towards the end of Term 4. Thirty six Year 4-6 students are selected to represent Milford School at the Takapuna Athletics Club, Akoranga Drive, Northcote and they compete against the other Cluster schools: Takapuna, St Joseph’s, and Forrest Hill.

Each child competes in all 6 events: Shot Put, Javelin, High Jump, Long Jump, Hurdles, and 100m Sprints. The top 3 placings are taken from each age group, gender, and event and these students receive certificates.

Parental assistance is always required on the day for the event to run smoothly and is greatly appreciated.
